Technically, not really.
Everyone knows Nintendo made the concious decision to NOT include high resolution graphics like 720p, 1080i or 1080p. However, one Youtube user decided to use emulation software to create what is quite close to the Wii in HD. Embeded below is video showing what the Wii would look like in 720p. Make sure you turn on HD in youtube to get the full effect.
