Metal Gear Solid 5 has you playing as Raiden...combing Big Boss' Hair?

Don't you love teasers? I know the notion of knowing things sooner then others is exhilerating, maybe even in the realm of uneccesary. But damn if it's not fun.

While most trailers are pretty obvious (Marvel vs. Capcom 2's had the main title song as it's URL!) Kojima and his sneaky cast of misfits have plotted something much more sinister.

After two countdown clocks, we were finally treated to, well...this!



Most people are thinking: Solid Snake. Are you wrong? Hell yes! That's actually our favourite soldiers father: Big Boss. Big Boss was the star of Metal Gear Solid III: Snake Eater. His story is set in the Cold War, full of the same sort of tricks and bad ass that Solid Snake has come to show us.

But that's not all.

Just when you thought, "Hey, I guess the next Kojima game is going to star Big Boss, maybe be set in Vietnam; oooh, and maybe I can snap someone's neck!"

Take a look at this kiddies.



OK, so why's Raiden hogging Big Boss's space? It's clear that even after Metal Gear Solid II, Raiden still has no respect!

My theory, Kojima is prepping Metal Gear Solid 5 AND 6! One starring the clumsy and possibly homosexual cyber-ninja, while the other stars the Big Boss we have grown to love.
